Bring a valid military or veteran ID, active duty, reserve, or retired, and show it at the booth.
Get your discount
We apply your discount to the emissions test on the spot. There are no forms to fill out.
Drive away legal
We can also renew your registration on the spot so you leave road ready.

Active-duty service members, veterans, reservists, and retired military. If you served, the discount is yours.
What to bring
A valid military or veteran ID, plus your vehicle's registration or renewal notice.

Do I need to book ahead?
No. We are drive-thru at both locations. Just pull up Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Which locations honor the discount?
Both Layton and West Haven, every day we are open.
Can you renew my registration too?
Yes. Add the DMV renewal and we will handle it while you wait.
